Glass Loading Machine
The glass loading machine is designed to safely separate raw glass sheets from the rack, transform them from vertical to horizontal position, and transfer them to the cutting table. The system consists of transverse and longitudinal moving mechanisms, flipping arms, suction arms, horizontal conveying unit, vacuum system, and control system. Taking the double-flip dual-station model as an example, the loader can automatically pick up, flip, level, position, and transfer glass, with the entire process precisely controlled by PLC to ensure safety, efficiency, and stability.

- The system adopts a well-known brand vacuum pump. Its mechanical flipping is fast and stable, suitable for loading glass sheets from 3–19 mm.
- The dual-layer suction cups with extension mechanism enable loading depth up to 700 mm without auxiliary racks.
- Equipped with photoelectric sensors, synchronized lifting, and mis-pick prevention, it effectively prevents glass scratches and breakage.
- The system supports both automatic and manual modes, features a bilingual touch-screen interface, and can be linked with cutting machines to achieve continuous and efficient loading operations.
