2. Laser coding system

The system can effectively control the production of traditional manual wooden boxes, manage them according to the product BOM structure, open up the data of planned production scheduling and operation positions, and workers can understand the wooden boxes they are about to do in real time, and guide the operation on the large screen. The system integrates the necessary box type and production process, combined with the order data, and the operator can directly operate according to the display, without manual experience. The system automatically manages the requisition of timber and reports to MES/ERP for cost management.
9. Visual inspection system
