Since its establishment in 1964, TAIWAN Glass Group Industrial Co., Ltd. has been deeply involved in the glass industry for 60 years and has emerged as the largest comprehensive glass company in China and the second-largest glass fiber cloth company worldwide. Under the strong alliance with YINRUI Intelligent, the Chengdu subsidiary of TAIWAN Glass Group successfully established a glass smart factory, achieving a double leap in production efficiency and human resources. With outstanding performance, the production line won the excellent application case of the industrial Internet platform in Anhui Province and the first edition of the software award, becoming a model in the field of doors and Windows curtain wall. The production line is equipped with two cutting machines, two edging machines, a tempering furnace, and two IGU equipment, with a maximum processing size of 3500*500mm. Through the introduction of vertical sorting and automatic fragmentation technology, 16 employees were reduced, significantly enhancing the tempering loading rate and continuity, simplifying the production process and improving production efficiency.
Intelligent Software System
1. Seamless connection: The MES system and ERP system are seamlessly connected, and order data are automatically synchronized.
2. Intelligent scheduling: The APS system comprehensively considers multiple factors such as order delivery time, production line status, and production process, and generates the optimal scheduling plan with one click.
3. Lean management: The tempering furnace layout report permanently saves production data to achieve lean management.
4. Quality traceability: Quality data are collected and analyzed in real-time, classified and archived to ensure product traceability.
5. Equipment monitoring: The MES system monitors the status of the production line equipment in real-time to ensure production continuity.
Anthony Glass Storage System
1. Intelligent patch: Automatically analyze the cutting optimization package based on inventory status, generate patch tasks and storage transfer orders.
2. Efficient cutting: Adopt a gantry structure, support various original cutting, and maximize the cutting rate.
3. Quick suction: Two original pieces can be sucked at once to improve the efficiency of storage operations.
Anthony Laser Marking System
Laser marking automatically docks with ERP, obtains customer templates, gives each piece of glass a unique identity, achieves permanent traceability, while meeting the needs of production management and finished product traceability.
Anthony Cutting System
The unique empty knife technology and German equipment are used to ensure good cutting edge results of thick plates. Support two-way cutting and dynamic patch to improve cutting efficiency.
YINRUI Intelligent Cutting Section
1. Efficient code reading: Complete the code reading during the movement process to improve the reading efficiency.
2. Precise control: The MES automatically sends the glass size and material to the edging machine for accurate control.
3. Multi-point reading: A multi-point reading scheme is adopted to ensure the consistency of LOGO, 3C, and two-dimensional code.
YINRUI Intelligent Grinding Tempering Connection Section
1. Vertical chip: The vertical sorting scheme is adopted to increase storage capacity and loading rate.
2. Intelligent batching: The MES dynamically adjusts batching based on the characteristics of the glass to ensure efficient production.
3. Automatic fragmentation: The whole furnace glass is automatically fragmented without manual intervention to improve the quality of LOW-E glass.
YINRUI Intelligent Double Chamber Furnace Tempered IGU Connection Section
1. Dynamic adjustment: The multi-point reader obtains the information of the oven glass, and the MES dynamically adjusts the layout according to the storage characteristics.
2. Automatic partitioning: The whole furnace glass is automatically segmented without manual intervention to enhance the quality.
3. Intelligent scheduling: The MES automatically dispatches the glass to the corresponding production line according to the order of the IGU line.
4. Data docking: The reader reviews the glass information, automatically connects with the data required by the IGU line, and prints the finished product label.
As a flexible production line of doors and windows curtain wall integrating automation and intelligence, the production line has a production capacity of up to 2500 square meters of insulating glass per shift, and only 11 people are needed for operation, fully demonstrating the unique charm of high-end intelligent manufacturing.
