The glass processing industry is embracing digital transformation. Leveraging its expertise in glass machinery automation and intelligence, Yinrui Intelligent co-developed with Dahan Glass a digital glass manufacturing factory, redefining industry standards for intelligent manufacturing.
As a key player in glass processing, Dahan Glass continuously improves efficiency and quality. The smart factory designed by Yinrui achieves full automation from raw materials to finished products.
During cutting, Yinrui’s automated glass cutting system executes orders with high precision. Integrated with Sanda Software, it enables intelligent scheduling—generating optimal plans based on glass dimensions and order volumes to maximize material yield. Real-time data feeds the MES (Manufacturing Execution System), enabling remote monitoring via PC/mobile devices and ensuring operational stability.
The edging process has also been fully automated. After splitting the glass sheets, inspection data are transmitted to the edging workstation. Yinrui’s automatic cutting-edging line adjusts parameters in real time to meet specifications, while an intelligent racking system manages downstream flow and transfer. With Sanda Software’s ERP and MES integration, the solution enables smart scheduling and dynamic patching—instantly rescheduling and re-cutting stock when breakage occurs to ensure on-time delivery.
Within the cleaning stage, the equipment integrates with adjacent processes to automate glass washing. It dynamically adjusts cleaning parameters based on surface contamination levels, ensuring consistent quality while optimizing efficiency. Cleaned glass is then transferred automatically to the next stage via conveyor, significantly reducing manual handling time and the associated risk of product damage.
In downstream processes like tempering and insulating, Yinrui’s equipment ensures precise inter-stage coordination. Sanda Software automatically adjusts tempering parameters by glass type and dimensions, while insulating lines automate assembly, gas filling, and sealing. Full traceability—from raw materials to delivery—with all data accessible, ensures quality control.
The flexible intelligent line eliminates bottlenecks across cutting, edging, tempering, insulating, and coating. With Sanda Software’s ERP supply chain and CRM modules, Dahan Glass harmonizes supplier, subcontractor, and customer resources. Additionally, the ERP management adapts to specific business needs, providing managers with live production dashboards and real-time alerts from remote plants, enabling prompt decision-making.
