Vertical Defect Inspection System
The architectural glass online vision inspection system is used for online defect and size detection in smart architectural glass production lines. It mainly detects defects such as scratches, stones, bubbles, and inclusions, measures dimensions, and reads codes. Based on defect characteristics, the system automatically classifies and identifies products, sending a scrap signal for those that fail to meet technical requirements. For products with defects that can be reworked, the system provides a relay signal for rework, allowing manual or automated sorting. This system enhances the intelligence of the production line and provides parameter guidance for optimizing the tempering process.
