This system consists of four components:

1. Vertical Conveying Station
2. Vertical Inspection Station
3. Mobile Grid Rack
4. Vertical Transfer Station

Workflow:

1. Glass sheets are transported via the vertical conveying station to the inspection station
2. The system performs rapid and precise dimensional detection
3. Glass is then stored in the racking system
4. Intelligent matching algorithm pairs glass sheets according to predefined rules for final dispensing
