(Yinrui x Guangrui) Phase III: Unlocking the Future! Upgrading the GlassProcessing Smart Factory!

Recently, Anhui Yinrui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. signed a third-phase cooperation agreement on smart factory project with Zhejiang Guangrui Special Glass Co., Ltd. In the cooperation of the third phase project ,Yinrui Intelligent customized a 12.5m x 3.8m ultra-large glass processing intelligent connection line for Guangrui, mainly engaged in engineering single curtain wall products. The introduction of the intelligent factory will reduce the number of employees in Guangrui’s factory by 50%, increase production capacity by 20%, and the annual output value is expected to reach 180 million. Yinrui Intelligent, as a leader in the field of intelligent factories, with its outstanding technical strength and forward-looking solutions, customized an ultra-large glass processing intelligent connection line for Guangrui Glass, and jointly wrote a new chapter in the intelligent transformation of the glass industry.

As the first glass processing smart factory in Zhejiang, Guangrui Glass’s cooperation this time undoubtedly injected new vitality into its smart transformation. The upgraded production line with R-angle chamfering process after edge grinding makes the glass stress distribution more uniform and reduces the risk of self-explosion. Meanwhile, Guangrui has introduced digital printing equipment, further enhancing the product’s personalization and customization capabilities, providing the market with more diverse choices.
